He has over 5 years of experience in the Real Estate industry
and 3 years in the appraisal of commercial and agricultural/vineyard properties.

He is currently implementing a sales database for Agri-Comm Appraisal. His experience with system administration, database engineering, and software development promise a top quality database tool. The goal is "Whole Market Valuation" by creating a web productivity tool that integrates the sales database with multiple regression tools for analysis and tests for reasonableness. A 15-year career with Agilent Technologies and Hewlett-Packard as an R&D Software Engineer included the design and development of E-commerce Web tools, Integrated CAD tools, and Test/Measurement products. Mr. Miele received the Star Award from Hewlett-Packard for his work on the flexible database schema, which provided the ability to add new categories of parts and entities without expensive schema/software change releases. He is leveraging this concept for the implementation of Agri-Comm Appraisal's "Whole Market Valuation" process. He is the proud owner of a Sonoma County rural home with equestrian facilities and a Russian River Valley AVA Pinot Noir vineyard with three bottled vintages under his belt. * * * *
