David Holt founded Agri-Comm Appraisal, LLC, which specializes in agricultural appraisal. The American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers, which confers the appraisal designation ARA, requested, and Mr. Holt provided, the Napa vineyard narration and values for the annual "Trends" publication from 2005 through 2008.

Mr. Holt has authored and presented portions of the Northern California Chapter of the Appraisal Institute's Vineyard Valuation Seminars in 2004, 2006, 2008 & 2015. Mr. Holt also co-authored and presented “Valuing Vineyards, Trends and Outlooks” at the 2016 Lake Tahoe Conference hosted by the Sacramento Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. All of these seminars were approved for continuing education by the California Bureau of Real Estate Appraisers as well as the Appraisal Institute.
Complete list of David Holt's Qualifications & Experience

"Dave worked for American AgAppraisal for six years, gaining a thorough understanding of agricultural property valuations. We were sorry to see him leave to start his own appraisal company in 2008. When we need to hire outside appraisers to meet time sensitive deadlines, Dave is at the top of our list."
